Returns Policy

  • If an item is damaged, or defects are detected, complaints should be reported to info@comfortco.co.za within 7 days from the date of purchase. Where possible, any defects will be repaired. Where necessary, items with a defect that cannot be repaired will be replaced. This decision will be at the sole discretion of Furnitrax (Pty) Ltd.
  • Exchanges or returns should be done within 7 (seven) days after delivery. Original proof of purchase must be provided by the customer and the product/s must be unused, undamaged and should be in their original packaging.
  • If the customer wishes for The Comfort Company to collect the product/s that need to be returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of transport.
  • Returns on custom-made items are not allowed.
  • Sale items may have small nicks or scratches.  They are sold "voetstoots" and cannot be returned, repaired or refunded.
  • All Refunds except in the case of damages (on condition that they meet the criteria for damages) will be made net of delivery, banking and other related charges incurred by Furnitrax (Pty) Ltd.  No cash refunds will be given; only in-store credit is provided.
